 A simple three-step, fixed fee process.

STEP 1.
In 48 hours we serve notices on the tenant.
This shows you mean business and often, it’s the only jolt that tenants need.
If the tenant doesn’t act we go straight to step 2.

STEP 2.
 Proceedings issued, court date set and advocate instructed.
He appears before a judge to get possession order.
If the tenant doesn’t leave by the set date, we go on to step 3.

STEP 3.
Only an obstinate tenant doesn’t leave by the date set by the court.
We arrange for officials to physically remove the tenant.
